We feel lucky to be surrounded by a community that believes in the importance of buying local. Every single item that we carry in our market is grown or produced right here on Vancouver Island.
You can find our own free-range eggs, grass-fed beef and produce in our farm market, along with a great selection of ethically raised pork, chicken and dairy products, and a variety of fresh, frozen and dry goods.
Because we only carry Vancouver Island grown produce, our selection varies across the seasons with what is locally grown and available.
