We deeply believe in the importance of a sustainable local food system. On the edge of our farm, we’ve created a traditional farm market experience for our customers, featuring over 60 Vancouver Island farms and artisinal food producers.
We feel lucky to be surrounded by a community that believes in the importance of buying local. Every single item that we carry in our market is grown or produced right here on Vancouver Island.
You can find our own free-range eggs, grass-fed beef and produce in our farm market, along with a great selection of ethically raised pork, chicken and dairy products, and a variety of fresh, frozen and dry goods.
Because we only carry Vancouver Island grown produce, our selection varies across the seasons with what is locally grown and available.
We love watching visitors experience the energy and deep appreciation of the abundant local agriculture with every product they purchase, and it makes us proud to be able to provide that for our community and visitors.

At Springford Farm, it is not only the land and our community that we care for but also our livestock. We provide our cattle and chickens with the best life possible on our farm and ensure that every animal is treated with care and respect.
We take our time with our livestock to guarantee that all homegrown products on our family farm are top-quality and full of the best flavour and nutrients.
In the Springford Farm Market, you can buy Island-grown, seasonal and artisanal foods. Stop in Thursday to Sunday to buy your favourites and see what's fresh, new and in season.
