Christmas Turkeys
After several years of positive feedback from our community, as well as our own satisfaction with the flavour and quality of their turkeys, we are again partnering with with our fellow farmers at Victorian Acres Farm in the Comox Valley to bring you farm fresh turkeys this holiday season.
Turkeys from Victorian Acres are fresh, free-run, hormone and antibiotic free, and are fed a well-balanced diet of vegetable grains.
We have a limited supply, so do not wait to place your order!
Pricing & Availability
Turkeys are $7.99 per pound, and will be available in sizes ranging from 15 - 20 pounds.
We require a $30 non-refundable deposit to confirm your order, with the remaining balance due at the time of pickup.
Pickup Dates
We anticipate turkeys to be ready for pickup on Saturday December 21st. There is a possibility of them being available one day earlier on Friday the 20th, however we will not know until closer to the date. Sunday December 22 will be the final day to pickup your turkey as we will be closed from December 23-27.
We will confirm with you by e-mail as soon as we have 100% confirmation on pickup dates from Victorian Acres.
Please make sure that turkeys@springfordfarm.com is marked as a ‘safe’ sender to avoid any updates going to your junk mail.
The Order Process
There are two ways to place your order:
Option 1 - Online Order & Online Payment
Select the ‘Christmas Turkey Deposit & Order Form’ option below and add to cart.
‘Check out’ to complete the order process and enter your payment information
The automated email you receive after payment is your order confirmation and there will be no secondary email from us to confirm your order.
The only additional communication you will receive is regarding confirmation of pickup dates.
Option 2 - Online Order & In-person Payment
Complete the order form online prior to visiting our market to paying in-person
Select the $0 pay in-person option below, and once you ‘check out’ of the online store, an automatic email will be sent to you with your order details.
Visit our market during regular business hours to make payment. Bring your smartphone with you to pull up the confirmation email, or bring a printed copy with you. Our staff will request to see this confirmation prior to processing your $30 payment in our market.
You will receive an e-mail from turkeys@springfordfarm.com within 5 days of your in-store payment that your order has been finalized.

Additional Details
Due to the turkeys being naturally raised, we can't guarantee an exact weight at the time of placing your order. We will do our best to provide you with a turkey that is within the weight range you request.
When you arrive at the market to pay for your turkey, you must take it with you. We do not have the storage space to hold your turkey in our fridge or freezer.
Half turkeys are not available.
We are unable to provide delivery options.
Orders are not finalized until we have received your deposit payment AND order form.
Deposits are non-refundable.
We accept all payment methods, except for American Express.
Only select this option if you would prefer to pay your deposit in-person at our farm market store. Deposits are due by December 8th to secure your order.
